Preparation

So, I'm glad you can see my entries at Travellerspoint. I had some problems to get my first message on line, but here we go! The address to remeber is:

We're first flying into Salvador and travel along the coastline to Fortaleza. Then we take the plane again to get to Boa Vista/Roraima in the far north of Brazil. That's where our projects will take place. Having finished these our trip will lead us back to Fortaleza on land and water.

We write Sunday, September 10, 2006. I left Hamburg/Germany already 2 weeks ago for visiting my folks back home before we go on our grand journey. That means I'm in Schlüchtern/Hessen/Germany since August 26, worked here for 2 weeks at my Dad's company and caught up with friends and family around.

As Aziza stayed in Hamburg for some more time finishing her projects at work, I'm glad to see her on my first trip to Lyon/France on Wednesday (2006-09-13) night. I'm going to be there for 4 days until we head for Frankfurt/Germany to board the first aircraft along our route. This will bring us to our first Stopover-destination Lisbon/Portugal, where we hopefully catch up with friends from Portugal and Germany...

So let's see how steady we'll be with that thing here - you might know how hard it is at stages... there's so much other things to do out there.
